Briefaiglass.com offers multiple shipping options. Please note that shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are fully insured.
  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the 50 United States and US Territories (Puerto Rico and Guam). We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or international locations.
  • All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our Standard service. Delivery is estimated at 14 business days after the order ships; however, some destinations may take longer.

Processing Times

 

  • If you purchased an Rx item, lens creation at the lab takes 5-7 days (after your prescription is received and verified) to ensure the highest quality standards.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier information and corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping Policies

Responsible shipping is fulfilled by logistics providers using emission-reduction solutions. Delivery may take up to (00) business days.
This shipping option includes full ground service: Shipments are delivered by truck. Transportation emissions are reduced by exclusively using ground transport instead of higher-emission shipping modes. Not applicable to destinations without alternative shipping options; other exclusions may apply.

Product Return Procedures

We want you and gift recipients to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not happy with a Brief AI product bought from Briefaiglass.com within 30 days of receipt, you may return it. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and resalable). Returns must include all original contents and match the condition in which they were shipped to you. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements. For non-compliant returns, you authorize us to charge the full product amount to your original payment method and/or reverse any issued refunds. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your items. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received.
For customers in U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), returns must be shipped via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
  1. Visit https://www.briefaiglass.com/en-us/support/order-return and complete the online return request form.
  2. Select your return method: UPS Store dropoff (with or without a printed label) or UPS Pick-Up.
  3. Hand the package to UPS.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and the refund is processed.
  5. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account after refund processing.

Exchange Items

Exchanging items purchased on our website is simple. Prepare your order number and the product code of your desired replacement, then contact us at support@briefaiglass.com.
Exchanged items must be of equal value. The replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received. We will provide a return shipping label to facilitate sending back your original item. The product code for your desired replacement can be found in the product information section on our website. Our team will guide you through the exchange process step by step.
